Biography

Patrick is a transformative business leader and people manager with over 15 years of progressive, cross-industry experience. His career spans Non-Profit, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Financial Services, Hospitality, Oil & Gas, and Public Sector HR projects, where he has delivered impactful results in People & Culture, Business Strategy, and Operations Management.

Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at The Romulus Group, Patrick provides strategic leadership across the Group’s People & Culture function, while delivering shared services support within the organization’s ecosystem. His approach to HR emphasizes alignment of talent strategies with business outcomes, culture transformation, and operational efficiency.

He holds an M.Sc. in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School and an LLB in Law from Lagos State University. Patrick is a certified member of numerous local and international bodies, including the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM), Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi), Chartered Human Resource Manager (IABFM), and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators of Nigeria.

Beyond corporate leadership, Patrick is a passionate career coach and public speaker. He is the host of "Career Compass," a weekly career talk show on BaseFM101.1, and is recognized as a subject matter expert in Compensation & Benefits, HR Data Analytics, and Career Success Strategy.
