Biography
Yewande Oshile is a legal and compliance executive with over two decades of experience in corporate and commercial law, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, privacy, generative artificial intelligence, and emerging technology. As Chief Legal Officer at Romulus Group, she manages the Group’s legal strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance and guiding decision-making across all subsidiaries and sectors.
Wande has extensive knowledge of privacy law, data protection, and AI governance. Her experience includes roles in corporate trust, commercial transactions, and strategic advisory, working with multinational organizations and financial institutions. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Canada (CIPP/C); Chartered Arbitrator of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK (MCIArb); holds training in Responsible AI Governance from BABL AI; and AI Governance Professional Training from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Wande holds an LL.B from the University of Ibadan and an LL.M in Law from the Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen. She is recognized for her clarity of thought, professional integrity, and commitment to regulatory excellence. A thoughtful communicator and trusted advisor, she plays a critical role in driving Romulus Group’s commitment to innovation, compliance, and sustainable growth.
